Terms of Service

Using SeeMade

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

SeeMade provides tools for creating, reviewing, regenerating, exporting, and downloading AI-generated sticker packs. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider changes, or product development.

Purchases and generation credits

SeeMade sells one-time digital packages. A package may include sticker-pack entitlements and flexible generation credits as described at checkout. Purchases are not subscriptions, and purchased balances do not expire unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise or applicable law requires a different treatment.

A credit is consumed when the corresponding generation successfully completes. Failed eligible generations are restored according to the product flow. Prices, included quantities, taxes, and payment methods are shown before payment.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you already hold in photos, prompts, and other material you submit. You grant SeeMade and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, modify, and store that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

You must have all permissions needed to upload and process your source material. Do not upload confidential material or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

AI-generated output

AI output is probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or similar to content generated for another user. You must review an output before using, publishing, or relying on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeeMade does not guarantee that an output is unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. Your ability to use an output may depend on your source material, intended use, and applicable law.

Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of SeeMade is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

SeeMade strictly prohibits NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, and sexually exploitative image generation.

SeeMade materials

The SeeMade name, branding, website, interface, software, and original service content are owned by SeeMade or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or of any underlying third-party AI model.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these Terms, threatens the service or other people, creates legal risk, or fails to pay amounts due. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeMade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from reliance on AI output. Any aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid SeeMade during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
