Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited sexual and exploitative content

• Do not generate NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit, fetish, sexually exploitative, or sexually abusive content.
• Never create sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
• Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualize a real person.

Deepfakes and impersonation

• Do not create face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonations, or content that falsely presents a real person as saying or doing something.
• Do not use another person's identity, likeness, voice, or personal information without the rights and consent required by law.

Hate, violence, and abuse

• Do not generate hateful, harassing, threatening, humiliating, or discriminatory content.
• Do not glorify violent extremism, encourage self-harm, or create graphic violence intended to shock, intimidate, or abuse.

Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct

• Do not use SeeMade to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Do not create misleading material intended to manipulate, defraud, or cause material harm.

Intellectual property and privacy

Only upload and generate content you have the right to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

Security and platform integrity

Do not bypass content safeguards, account controls, payment controls, usage limits, or technical protections. Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or automate the service through an unauthorized interface.

Enforcement

SeeMade may block a request, remove content, restrict credits, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people, or comply with law.
