Information we collect

• Account and profile information, such as your email address, username, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
• Content you submit, including uploaded images, text prompts, style choices, generation settings, and support messages.
• Generated assets and project records, including previews, sticker versions, export files, generation status, and project history.
• Purchase and transaction metadata, such as product, amount, currency, payment status, order identifiers, and credit balance. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by SeeMade.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device data, request timestamps, cookies or session storage, error records, and abuse-prevention signals.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, generation, regeneration, project history, exports, downloads, billing, and customer support.
• Protect accounts, enforce rate limits and credit balances, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
• Diagnose errors, measure service performance, and improve product workflows.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Service providers

We use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI generation, payment processing, email delivery, security, and operational analytics. They may process information for us under their own contractual and security obligations.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Privacy protections can differ by jurisdiction, and we use reasonable measures intended to protect information during such processing.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your account and project history, complete transactions, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data category and provider. Deleting a project from the interface may not immediately remove backups, transaction records, security logs, or information we must retain by law.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online service or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You can update certain profile and login details in your account and delete eligible projects from project history. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion options. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests may be limited by applicable law, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

Children's privacy

SeeMade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the matter.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version and effective date on this page.
